We are so proud of the recent accomplishment of our attorney, Lynn Belo, who sat for and passed the Florida Bar Board Certification exam in Elder Law. According to the Florida Bar, “board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice.”
Lynn has practiced in elder law for a number of years right here in our local community of Gainesville, Florida. She formed her firm in 2007 with the intent of providing personal, caring and competent legal counsel to elders as they contemplate their long term needs, as well as, those who seek to help elders and families planning for children with special needs. She works tirelessly to meet the needs of each of her clients, as well as, going outside her firm to speak to our local community on issues such as estate planning, elder law, guardianship, probate, and trust administration.
